The Government Contracts Committee provides information to the Association's community regarding developments in Federal Circuit jurisprudence in the government contracting arena and current best practices relating to government contracting and associated disputes. The Committee also strives to promote dialogue and discourse among the various constituencies of the Association's community – private bar, corporate counsel, government counsel, law students and the bench – regarding issues related to government contracting, through educational or social programs.
