The Corporate Counsel Committee establishes and maintains relations with other Association’s Committees, such as the Government Contracts Committee, the Patent Litigation Committee, and the Patent and Trademark Office Committee, as well as outside groups such as the Association of Corporate Counsel, Aerospace Industries Association, and Professional Services Council. The Committee studies legal developments of interest to the corporate practitioner, with a focus on intellectual property and government contracts issues, and then provides this information to the Association’s community.
