The Federal Circuit Clerk’s Office is on the forefront of applying and implementing the Federal Circuit’s Rules of Practice. With this webcast, the FCBA is proud to host Peter R. Marksteiner, the Circuit Executive and Clerk of Court, and Jarrett B. Perlow, the Chief Deputy Clerk of Court, in an informative and engaging discussion of the “nuts and bolts” of the Federal Circuit’s Rules. The program will provide invaluable guidance on common issues and questions arising under the Rules, including lively discussion on common filing issues and errors, recent changes to the Federal Circuit Rules, and recent changes to the brief filing process.
