Mock Arguments

Rising advocates present oral arguments to and receive real-time insights from federal judges and leaders of the appellate bar. In 2019, there will be two mock arguments: April 8 at Santa Clara University School of Law in California and June 12 at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado.

The mock exercise will consist of a mini-appellate argument involving issues of patent law.
First priority to submit nominations goes to Leaders Circle sponsors.
